Chelsea Barracks townhouse sold for £60 million

Chelsea Barracks Knight Frank

An eight bedroom townhouse has been sold to a foreign buyer at the Chelsea Barracks development for £60 million in one of the highest value transactions this year.

The 14,704 sq ft Squire & Partners designed residence is on Whistler Square at the 12.8 acre Qatari Diar scheme near Sloane Square.
