Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham have been handed a major transfer boost in January following an update from Barcelona president Joan Laporta.
The Catalan giants had a busy summer transfer window as they completed a number of signings, bringing in the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Jules Kounde, Raphinha, Franck Kessie, Andreas Christensen, Hector Bellerin and Marcos Alonso. Barcelona continue to struggle financially with the club having to take many drastic measures in order to sign players that fit in with Xavi Hernandez's project.
Chelsea duo N'Golo Kante and Jorginho have both been linked with a move to the Camp Nou, whilst Arsenal transfer target Youri Tielemans has also been touted as a potential target. Spurs were heavily linked with a move for Barca forward Memphis Depay over the summer, but a transfer failed to materialise as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang completed a move to Stamford Bridge from Barca.
