A chef who claimed he had been left in constant agony after a workplace accident had his £2.2m compensation claim thrown out after he was pictured kayaking with his kids.
Ferenc Sumegi, who strained his back lifting a fish tray while working at Heathrow, said the "unbearable" ongoing pain had left him needing a stick or crutches to walk.
But his case was thrown out and he was handed a £75,000 court costs bill after Facebook photos emerged showing him kayaking, carrying his kids on his shoulders and throwing a stick for a dog.
