A professional chef has shared a "foolproof" way of achieving restaurant quality poached eggs at home.

Chef Kelly Scott, a culinary instructor from Orange Country, California and owner of Kelly's Clean Kitchen, posted the advice on her TikTok account @kellyscleankitchen.

Kelly has amassed a following of over 600,000 people on TikTok and has a substantial 8.9million likes for her expert tips.
