Celebrity chef Jose Andres, founder of the food aid charity World Central Kitchen (WCK), has made serious allegations against Israel, claiming that his aid workers were targeted during recent strikes in Gaza. The incident, which resulted in the deaths of seven individuals, has sparked international outrage and raised concerns about Israel's actions in the region.
According to WCK, their team was traveling in a 'deconflicted zone' in Gaza in two armored cars and one unarmored vehicle after delivering over 100 tons of food supplies to a warehouse in Deir al-Balah. The attack on their convoy was described as deliberate and not a result of a mistake in targeting.
