Square Enix released the newest trailer for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Titled as "Destined for Rebirth," it sets up the conflict that happens between Cloud and his companions against none other than Sephiroth. In addition, the video also gives us a look into new screenshots and renders for some of the in-game characters and the locales.

The new trailer doesn't just give new details on the danger that it Sephiroth but it also highlights some of the game's epic moments like the fight against the Terror of the Deep boss, the Junon ceremony and even the Nibelheim Incident. We also get a peek at the newly imagined creatures and characters like the Midgardsormr.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth was named as the "Most Anticipated" Game of 2024 during The Game Awards. The game features a new story that's part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake project. The standalone adventure is set on a vibrant and vast planet where the likes of Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith and Red XIII, have escaped from the dystopian city of Midgar and into the wide world that's beyond it. In their quest to bring down Sephiroth, the unlikely heroes are going to join forces with new companions that include the spirited ninja operative Yuffie along with the wisecracking and feline-shaped robot Cait Sith.
Players get to lead these characters into battle to overcome their fates. Get to explore classic locales that's been reimagined in dazzling detail. There are also dozens of hours of rewarding side quests, fiend hunts, mini-games and rich stories.
Final Fantasy VII Remake was released in 2020 and received critical acclaim not just from players but also critics from around the world. In addition to getting perfect scores from the media, the game has also been chosen as the PlayStation "Editor's Choice." Final Fantasy VII Remake has been the highest-selling digital release on the PlayStation for Square Enix. Since the release, more than seven million units of the game have been sold.
