Cheapest homes on the market in each borough of Merseyside

With the cost of living at its highest rate in 30 years, house prices have never been more important for those trying to get on the property ladder.

The cost of buying a home can vary greatly across each borough of Merseyside, including what you can get for your money. Over the last year, the average price of a property in Merseyside was £208,639.

Here we take a look at some of the cheapest homes currently on the market in Liverpool, Wirral, St Helens, Sefton and Knowsley, which have the potential to be great homes for first time buyers or an investment opportunity.

All of these properties have been listed on Zoopla, with some set to go to auction later this month and others being sold outright.

Liverpool
