On the Argos website, we came across this electric blanket - and safe to say it's getting rave reviews wit shoppers saying it heats up in 'minutes'.
The Slumberdown Warm Hugs Electric Blanket, which comes in a number of sizes depending on what bed you have, is retailing for £30 and has been branded as a "great new price."
The product description reads: "The Slumberdown Warm Hugs Electric Blanket is designed to keep you nice and toasty on those cold nights. The soft touch cover with reinforced elasticated straps which run the full width of your bed ensure your blanket stays in place night after night. It's easy to use with 3 x heat settings, that can be set for your ideal time period."
In addition to its three heat settings, it is conveniently machine washable and suitable for tumble drying. It also comes with an overheating protection and a two year guarantee.
3. Dreamland Luxury Heated Throw
This Dreamland Luxury Heated Throw in the colour grey seems to be a hit with John Lewis shoppers. Costing £60 is one of their cheapest that John Lewis sells. And whilst it's similar to an electric blanket, this throw can even be used whilst chilling on the sofa so you don't need to go to bed to warm up.
The description reads: "Dreamland's best selling throw offers the ultimate in luxury, perfect for relaxing on the sofa while being cocooned in warmth under the heated throw. Great to take the chill away, or when in need of a warm hug or feeling under the weather.

This blanket comes in at the cheapest in the list costing £19. The electric under blanket gets great reviews too meaning you don't have to spend a fortune to get a good quality gift to yourself - or someone else.

5. RUSSELL HOBBS RHEDB6002 Electric Underblanket
This electric underblanket by Russell Hobbs is another one coming out on top thanks to people who have left reviews - and it costs £24.99.
Selling it on the Curry's website, the product description says: "Get warm and cosy during the cold months with the Russell Hobbs RHEDB6002 Electric Underblanket. There are three different heat settings, so you'll always get warm quickly."
And bonus points if you need to wash it as it can be put in the washing machine.
