The Public Health Ministry has added a chatbot application to the Mor Prom app so users can assess their Covid-19 symptoms.
Dr Sopon Mekthon, assistant to the public health minister, said self-assessment via the app's chatbot is up to 85% accurate.
"The Mor Prom chatbot is not a medical diagnosis but it helps those who are infected with Covid-19 know if they should seek urgent treatment," he said.
