
Authorities in Charlotte, North Carolina, are facing intense scrutiny following the fatal stabbing of a young Ukrainian refugee last month.
The victim, 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska, had fled the war in her homeland only to be killed in what appears to be a random attack on a commuter train on 22 August.
