Charlotte Dawson's fiancé Matt Sarsfield assured her fans they are 'fine' as he shared an update on their ‘bad family news’.
The 29-year-old, who shares son 14-month-old Noah with Matt, has been absent from social media, prompting concerned fans to flood her Instagram with messages, and she posted a message to play down rumours of a split.
“Receiving so many messages why I've been quiet & is Noah ok.. Noah is absolutely fine, he's amazing,” Charlotte wrote.
