Charlotte Crosby has thanked fans after being met with widespread praise for showing off 'her normal' post-baby body in a very relatable post.
It's now been a ,month since Charlotte gave birth to daughter Alba Jean, with the Geordie Shore star's dad Gary announcing her arrival into the world in a social media post. Since then, Charlotte has been enjoying plenty of time at home with other half Jake Ankers and little Alba, sharing only a few updates with her millions of Instagram followers, including a first look at the baby's newly renovated nursery.
Charlotte's latest update was a post on her Instagram grid as she and Jake marked a year together as a couple. She posted a photo of herself in a striking jump suit and she posed next to a table boasting a very romantic set up, with candles, flowers and heart balloons. She captioned the post: "What a year .THANKYOU @jake_ankers for arranging something so special for our “OFFICIAL” anniversary," before revealing some insecurities about her appearance as she continued: "please be kind in the comments (I realise I still look pregnant) I literally had nothing that fits and this was the comfiest thing on my c-section scar and the stretchiest thing for my tummy!

Charlotte added that she felt she 'needed to explain herself' but was met with nothing but supportive feedback, with fellow Geordie Shore original Holly Hagan replying: "The bump is so cute I want it to stay forever. I’m sure this has given comfort to a lot of women that this is totally normal! We need more of this!" Another one of Charlotte's close Geo0rdie Shore pals, Sophie Kaseai reacted: "U look unreal my darling girl"
Charlotte also got support from comedian Katherine Ryan, who told her:"You don’t look pregnant - you look like you just had a baby and it’s great to normalize what that actually looks like," with Katherine's comment being liked by well over 7,000 people.
A overwhelmed Charlotte returned to Instagram to post a photo of herself snuggled up to little Alba and took time to thank everyone for being so kind. Next to the picture of herself and her baby daughter, the 32-year-old wrote: " want to THANKYOU all again for the absolutely beautiful comments on my last post! The dms I have received have been so touching! you’ve all made me feel alot more confident about posting on here again!!"
