Charlotte Crosby has shared a moving sentiment to her family and friends, following the passing of her Nana Jean in November this year.
As the New Year approaches, the Sunderland-born celebrity took time to reflect on happy times spent with her late grandmother, sharing a moving quote and piece of advice with her 8.3 million Instagram followers.
The clip, shared to the 32-year-old's stories, showed Whiplash actor J.K. Simmons giving an emotional speech of his own at a recent Oscars ceremony in which he spoke about telling your loved ones that you care about them.

In the scene, Simmons said: "Call your mom. Everybody. I've told this to like a billion people or so. Call your mom, call your dad. If you're lucky enough to have a parent or two alive on this planet, call them.
"Don't text, don't email... call them on the phone. Tell them you love them and thank them, and listen to them for as long as they want to talk to you. Thank you... thank you mom and dad."
Sharing the clip, Charlotte wrote: "Or your nana, or your grandad, your brother, sister. Your family, even your friends. The people you truly love. Call them, see them, spend time. Time is sadly limited. Love. Live and cherish."
In her next clip Charlotte shared a montage of some of her and her nana's fond memories together, writing: "Miss you nana" with a sobbing emoji. It comes after Charlotte's grandmother sadly passed away in November, a loss which has hit the former Geordie Shore star hard.
Announcing her gran's passing, Charlotte wrote on Instagram: "My little nana Jean. Heartbroken doesn’t come close to how I’m feeling. The love of my life and the light of my life. From a little girl until now I have adored every inch of you. My brave strong nana. My beautiful nana. You were there when I entered the world and I was there when you took your last breath and left.
"I don’t think my world will ever be the same without you. I named my daughter after you for a reason nana I don’t think you will ever truly know how much I loved and adored you and still do.
"So many memories and this video is just a glimpse into them and it’s where I can constantly watch and relive them, it’s where I can come to see you anytime I want. What I would give for one more day one more hour with you even. I miss you nana I hope to see you again one day because I already yearn to hear you say “hello my darling” when I walk in to see you."
