Charlotte Crosby's mum Letitia has revealed the heartbreaking reason she can't yet see her daughter's baby girl, explaining it's too much of a 'risk' to her cancer treatment.
On Saturday morning, Letitia's husband and Charlotte's dad Gary broke the news on social media that the Geordie Shore star had given birth to her first child with her boyfriend Jake Ankers. Posting on Twitter, Gary, who has been seen in his daughter's MTV series The Charlotte Show, wrote: "So, officially a grand father! Little girl, all is well. Excited for the new chapter in our little family."
It was Charlotte herself who provided the next update as she shared the first pictures of her as yet unnamed baby girl from hospital. Posting the snaps on Instagram, Charlotte added: "Here we go, a little update from mam and dad." One person who is over the moon for Charlotte and Jake is Letitia, who has recently started chemotherapy for breast cancer, after being given the devastating diagnosis following a routine mammogram. However, she posted on her Insta story on Sunday to tell her followers that she hasn't been able to see the little one yet as it could pose a 'risk' to her treatment.
