Speaking to the camera, she said: "I got quite a lot of comments on my last reel and lots of DMs - lovely ones, saying like how motivated I've made people feel, how I'm doing so well.

In a separate clip, she continued: "Because believe me, in these 35 days, there has been times when I have not had the motivation and you literally, off that post that I did last night, have given me such a lovely boost and lift to like feel really good again.
"I'm like 'yeah, you know what I'm doing good'. And I've got my first ever family holiday in just over three weeks time.
"That's my goal now - I want to feel good. I want to take so many family pictures, I want to get a photo album of Alba's first holiday and I'm just so excited and I'm pushing through.
"35 days and counting, and remember...I set myself a 90 day goal to keep moving."
