Charlotte Crosby has hit back at 'mum-shaming' trolls by insisting that she is "not putting any pressure" on herself to bounce back to her pre-pregnant body.
The former Geordie Shore star, 32, welcomed her first child - daughter Alba Jean Ankers - with boyfriend Jake Ankers on October 14 via Caesarean section.
She has been posting regularly to her 8.3 million Instagram followers about her adventures of motherhood as she shares various photos and videos of the family of three.
In the midst of the footage, Charlotte has slowly worked her way back to her workouts as she tries to juggle being a first-time mum and her exercises, which she regularly did before she became a mother.
She has been an open book about her thoughts about her post baby body on the social media platform, which has been widely praised for her openness and honesty.
In a recent Instagram Story to her fans, which features baby Alba, Charlotte said: "My inbox has exploded and I mean exploded with just so many messages, kind, lovely words of support and encouragement and just like general loveliness. You guys are incredible.
"Listen, I'm not breaking my back exercising. I'm literally doing like 15 to 20 minutes a day and the rest of my activity is running around after this little gorgeous cherub.
"What I will say though is the bits of exercise I am doing is giving me a huge boost, like not just mentally but energy wise like afterwards I feel so great."
She admitted: "I am struggling. I'm not looking like I used to but I will get back there but not putting any pressure on myself."
