Charli XCX and Emma Corrin reportedly had a chilling experience on the set of their latest film, haunted by not one but two ghosts.
The singer, 32, and actor, 28, were working on their queer fantasy film 100 Nights of Hero, based on Isabel Greenberg's graphic novel, when eerie incidents started to occur.
According to The Sun, strange sounds and equipment malfunctions began unsettling the cast and crew as they filmed at the historic Knebworth House, a Grade II-listed building known for ghostly legends.
The house is famously haunted by “Spinning Jenny” and the "Radiant Boy," and Charli and Emma felt certain they sensed a ghostly presence.
An insider revealed that both stars were convinced something supernatural was haunting the set.
The source told the outlet: “Charli and Emma were both a bit jumpy during filming for 100 Nights Of Hero because it felt like they were alone.
“But as the cameras began rolling, all sorts of weird things started to happen.
“Sound recording equipment mysteriously malfunctioned and started cutting out and picking up distorted noises when no one was speaking.”
The film insider described eerie disruptions on set, with cameras malfunctioning and lights mysteriously flickering on and off without cause. When the crew reviewed the footage, they found it blurry with no clear explanation.
Knebworth House, where 100 Nights of Hero is being filmed, is famously haunted by two ghosts with long-standing legends.
"Spinning Jenny" is said to be the spirit of a woman once confined in a room to keep her from a poor lover, whose presence is marked by the sound of a spinning wheel.
While the "Radiant Boy" reportedly first appeared in the 19th century to Lord Castlereagh, who tragically took his own life a few years after seeing the ghost. Witnesses claim the ghostly boy appears with a haunting gesture, dragging his fingers across his throat.
The historic Knebworth House has served as a location for numerous films, including The King’s Speech, Batman, and Paddington 2.
This ghostly encounter comes shortly after Charli XCX was first seen in costume on the set of the medieval fantasy film.
In images obtained by MailOnline, the Apple singer sported a long, regal green velvet gown layered with an intricately patterned robe. Her look was completed with a black belt featuring a golden sun emblem and a striking pendant necklace.
Corrin, Charli’s co-star, was also spotted filming, sharing some laughs with fellow actor Maika Monroe in between scenes.
