Chargesheet filed against 17 in CPM activist K Haridasan's murder case

Murder Bharatiya Janata Party KOZHIKODE Thalassery Reshma Police RSS

KOZHIKODE: Police filed a chargesheet against 17 accused for the murder of CPM activist K Haridasan at Punnol near Thalassery on Feb 21. Thalassery municipal councillor and BJP mandalam president K Lijesh is the first accused.

The investigation team submitted its chargesheet at Thalassery first class magistrate court on the 88th day of the murder. The chargesheet says the murder was committed by BJP-RSS men due to political enmity and the manhandling of RSS activists at the premises of Muthakooloth Temple.
