MUMBAI: The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday submitted a chargesheet against Amit Bhosale, son of arrested businessman Avinash Bhosale, his company Ara Developers and three others in a money laundering case related to the purchase of a plot in Pune that was allegedly accomplished after manipulating rules.
The plot was meant for the construction of a residential building for bureaucrats. After allegedly manipulating the rules, Avinash Bhosale purchased it and constructed the headquarters of his company, Avinash Bhosale Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (ABIL), on it.
