Vine, rising star claim time trials at road nationals

Jay Vine and Felicity Wilson-Haffenden have dethroned the reigning time trial champions in stunning results at the Australian road cycling nationals.

Vine regained the elite men's title he had previously claimed three years ago, winning on Thursday afternoon in Perth by a whopping 31.7 seconds.
