Chantry House gives JP McManus his 4,000th winner as an owner

JP McManus Cheltenham Limerick

Chantry House's victory at Cheltenham on Saturday provided owner JP McManus with his 4,000th winner.

The Limerick businessman, 70, has invested a fortune into national hunt racing since buying his first horse, Cill Dara, as a 26-year-old.

He has owned some of the game's most famous horses, including the legendary champion hurdler Istabraq.
