They are the first Scottish people to appear on Gogglebox since the Manuel family - who last featured on the show six years ago.
What do they do for a living?
According to The Mirror, Roisin works full time as a Social Media Producer for BBC Scotland, which is shown on her LinkedIn profile.
Roisin is also a host of The Love/Hate Club podcast, alongside costar Cassi Gillespie, who works for Clyde 1.
The show's description reads: "A fortnightly podcast in which hosts Cassi and Roisin will find out what there is to nag about, and what there is to brag about - sometimes with a guest.
“Expect ridiculous rants, unexpected tangents and lots of bad language.”
Guests of the podcast have included Scots RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Lawrence Chaney and comedian Susie McCabe.
At the moment, not much is known about Joe's full-time position, but more will be revealed the longer the series is filmed.
Gogglebox resumes on Friday May 13 at 9pm on Channel 4.
