Channel 4’s latest property show Mega Mansion Hunters showcases a whole new property world which is very different from the quaint world of Kirstie and Phil.
Tyron Ash, the owner of the estate agent business Tyron Ash Real Estate, leads his crew of luxury estate agents who seek out the best houses in the country.
It's already being described as the UK's answer to the Netflix mega hit Selling Sunset which is about the glamorous real estate world in Los Angeles. and the lives of the people selling the expensive homes.

With no office for the Mega Mansion Hunters team, choosing their own hours, and using social media from Instagram to TikTok to find houses to sell and buyers, these estate agents do things a little differently.
From bitter spats with each other to patching up old relationships the show mixes selling stunning properties with the drama of the estate agent's personal lives.
Mega Mansion Hunters starts on Channel 4 on Wednesday, February, 9 at 10pm and Tyron himself shares his story on the show about how he has turned his life around.
Standing in front of his former home Tyron revealed that before running his property empire he was arrested for dealing drugs and led a very different lifestyle.
He said: "The last time I was at this house I was being put into the back of a police van. I was arrested here for intent to supply Class A drugs."
Tyron was sentenced to 40 months in prison and said this was the turning point in his life and "the best thing that ever happened" to him.
He has now also patched up his relationship with his younger brother Reis, who has swapped plumbing to become an estate agent for Tyron, and they are moving into a luxury new party pad in London together.
He explained how letting his family down has motivated him to work hard, he said: "That's why I work very very hard to make sure now I can repay my brother, help him build a business that he can be proud of."
While looking around the new flat Reis said: "I can't really believe we are here from eight years ago when we weren't really on talking terms."
Elsewhere in the show, estate agent Sophie was balancing the lack of work from taking time out for bum enhancing surgery and a bitter feud with fellow estate agent Alex.
Sophie has had a Brazilian bum lift after she injured her right knee and could no longer carry on in her previous career as a personal trainer. She said this affected her confidence massively and described the surgery as "just what she wanted".
However, the surgery has meant that she has fallen behind on her work and Tyron is not happy as her career hangs in the balance.
On top of this Sophie is caught up in a big disagreement with Alex as he believes she stole a property in Cornwall from him. At the end of the episode the pair met for drinks which did not go well.
The chat ended with Sophie telling Alex there was "no need to be sour all the time" and the tension was still very heavily in the air.
Mega Mansion Hunters begins on Channel 4 at 10pm on Wednesday, February, 9.
