Gogglebox couple Tom and Julie Malona have told their fans they are 'smitten' as they introduced them to a new member of the family. The stars of the hit Channel 4 show suffered heartbreak earlier this year when one of their beloved dogs died.
The family's pet pooches have made regular appearances on screen as Tom Snr, Julie and their children appeared from their Greater Manchester home. The Malone's have had four Rottweiller dogs throughout their time on Gogglebox, making their debut on the programme in 2014.
But in March, Julie and Tom Snr announced that one of their pooches, Lucy, had died just seven months after the loss of another of their other beloved dogs, Izzey. The family's Gogglebox co-stars were also soon showing their support as the couple said of their dog: "There are no words to describe how much you meant to us."

Now, six months on, Julie and Tom have revealed to fans that they've welcomed a new puppy into their clan. They took to social media to share an adorable snap of the Rottweiler puppy alongside one of their other dogs, Dave.
"Wasnt me!!!" they typed alongside the sweet photo. "Meet Tilly our newest family member!!! She’s soooo cute! We are all smitten." Gogglebox co-star Izzi Warner was among the first to respond, writing in the comments: "Omggggg," with a string of heart eye emojis.
And fans were also quick to gush over the newest member of the Malone family. @ little_house_in_primrose said: "She’s absolutely lush!!!" @19wordy73 wrote: "Aww how adorable!!" @jo_angel72 posted: "Ooooo she is totally adorable..... am so jealous." @59tammy replied: "So Cute. Tilly what a pretty puppy to love."
@dawnashby59 typed: "She is absolutely gorgeous, I'm sure she will be very happy." @lou_robinson_85 shared: "No stop it. She's the cutest. Can't wait to see her on gogglebox." @kathrel_06 echoed: "Adorable....can't wait to see her on gogglebox!"
The Malones have yet to make an appearance on the new series of Gogglebox which started earlier this month. But fans needn't worry as they haven't left the show. The family had been enjoying a fun-filled getaway to Walt Disney Wolrd in Florida.
After fans questioned where they were, the family posted a clip explaining all on Instagram. Tom and Julie and two of their children who appear alongside them on the show, Shaun and Vanessa, were all seen standing in front of the famous dome at Disney's Epcot as they said they were enjoying time away.
Speaking to the camera, Tom said: "Right here we are, on holiday. It doesn't feel like one with all this lot, I can tell you that." He added: "We're in Florida so we're not there for the first couple of shows are we? Starting Friday (September 9). We're here obviously - as you can tell behind us the Menai Bridge, we're in Anglesey. You know... it's a bit of a drive back but we'll do our best."
Julie joked: "I thought it was Blackpool Tower?" Tom said: "I stand corrected... Blackpool Tower. See you in a couple of weeks. Enjoy the show, it starts without us but we'll be back soon."
