A Place in the Sun host Danni Menzies issued some kind words to a buyer ahead of Tuesday's episode.
Property expert Danni was in France’s Corrèze region to help Alan and Joe find their perfect holiday home. They were looking for somewhere that "had a buzz" during the summer, but where they could "wind down" in the winter.
With a maximum budget of £85,000 they wanted somewhere with plenty of outside space their dogs can enjoy.

But before the episode aired on Channel 4, Danni shared a few snaps from when she had filmed in the French region. Captioning the post on Instagram, she said: "NEW show on @channel4 @4pm today. Swipe for the reality".
Among many complimentary comments, potential buyer Alan said: "I’m excited and also dreading it [cry-laughing emojis]", to which Danni replied: "Stop it! You're fab!!!"
As the search got underway, many viewers were taken aback with the second property. On the market for just over £70,000, the four-bedroom house had a large garden with a hot tub, and a garage that could be turned into more living space.
There was also a wood burning stove and a sizeable converted attic.
Taking to Twitter, Charlotte said: "That's a bargain it's huge!" while Helen said: "Imagine being able to buy a place that big for 70k!" and Margo said: "This is a lot of house for the money".
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 4pm on Channel 4 and All 4
