A Place in the Sun host Jean Johansson was left "disappointed" during Thursday's episode as her potential buyers refused to look around a property.
Jean was on hand to help Laura and Nick find their new home in Estepona on Spain’s Costa Del Sol. With a budget of £160,000 the couple wanted somewhere with two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen.
Nick, a chef, and Laura, a property manager, had chosen the area despite having never visited the Spanish town before, and Jean had five properties lined up to show them.

The first home, a two bedroom flat on the market for just over £155,000, was deemed a contender. But things soon turned less positive.
Property number two was a townhouse in the heart of Estepona. It was on the market for just over £168,000, and while Nick and Laura were huge fans of the location, they didn't even want to look around once they arrived at the home.
Nick said the path to the home was "narrow" before saying the kitchen was "too compact" and with a "clinical" feel. He said: "I don't think it'll work for me", adding it was "claustrophobic".
They were not inside the property for long at all, and as they left Jean told viewers she was disappointed, but said she did understand Nick's reservations.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
