A Place in the Sun host Scarlette Douglas was left red-faced during Monday's programme.
The presenter was in Tuscany to assist married couple Laura and Matt in their search for the perfect holiday home in the Italian countryside. With a budget of £180,000, they wanted somewhere with beautiful views and plenty of space for their grown up children to visit.
They were delighted with Scarlette's second property, a three-bedroom farmhouse with a private garden a huge open plan living area and a modern kitchen. It was on the market for just under £170,000.

But when it came to property number three, they called it quits before having even taken a proper tour. On the market for £187,500, it had four bedrooms with stunning views of the surrounding hills.
But it was too remote for Laura and Matt's liking, and they walked out before Scarlette could show them around. The host said: "I am sensing that you’re not as elated as you were with the previous one".
Laura admitted her concerns over the remote nature of the property, adding: "I think it’s more that if it was a permanent move then it would be more suitable." Matt agreed, and said: "The location is a little bit of an issue. It feels like you come off some very remote roads, down a remote track into the woods. It just feels disconnected".
Scarlette asked: "Do you want to keep looking around?” and Matt replied: "I think we’ve probably drawn a line on this one", before the pair walked away.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
