A Place in the Sun fans were stunned by a £196,000 apartment with a "unique" location and interior.
On Friday, host Craig Rowe was in Palma, Majorca, to help Claire from Bedfordshire find her perfect holiday home. Ahead of the search, Craig warned Palma has the most expensive properties in the whole of Spain.
Claire brought her friend Debbie along to help her find an apartment, and she wanted somewhere with plenty of character. She said she has been holidaying on Majorca since she was a child and feels a special connection with the island.

With an original budget of £180,000, Claire said she'd be willing to spend an extra £10,000 for the perfect property.
First up was a one-bedroom apartment in the Old Town. On the market for just over £155,000, Claire said she liked it but found it was a bit small and felt the noise from outside might be a problem.
The second property, a one-bedroom apartment on the market for £195,000, was much more to Claire's liking as it had a "neighbourhood" feel, with more living space.
But a one-bedroom apartment in Palma's main square was a real talking point with those watching the show at home. Priced at just over £196,000, it overlooked the square and had traditional coloured painting outside. But inside, it looked completely different.
The décor was modern and industrial, with large, light rooms and a big living and dining space. Claire admitted she had viewed the place online before filming, and had been unsure.
But having stepped into the apartment, she was a lot more convinced, admitting it was "funky" and "very unique", and deeming it a definite contender. Fans at home also loved the property.
Taking to Twitter, Jess said: "That apartment is a dream. Imagine people watching with a sangria from your bedroom". Elaine said: "That location, wow!"
