A Place in the Sun host Jean Johansson helped pensioners Linda and Peter on their search for the perfect holiday home during Tuesday's episode.
Linda, a retired NHS theatre nurse, and former decorator Peter began their search in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The pair wanted to spend half the year in the area, and were keen for some outdoor space to enjoy.
With a tight budget of just £60,000, Jean admitted she had a challenge on her hands. But things were off to a flying start when Peter gave the first property a "10 out of 10" for the first property.

The traditional three-bedroom townhouse had two balconies as well as its own roof terrace with panoramic views. Linda was keen on the open plan kitchen diner, though said it could be improved by having a garden.
Later, Jean showed the couple around an open marketplace. Linda said it was "gorgeous" and looked "exciting", while Peter said it looked "brilliant".
Fans at home were clearly loving the pair. Taking to Twitter, Fi said: "That's it … they're a lovely couple. Jean get it sorted, find them a happy home!"
Katherine said: "They're great, he's a gent, she loves everything. Can every episode be like this please?" Clara said: "Cute couple and GREAT accent; I could listen to that all day"
