A Place in the Sun host Craig Rowe saw one of the properties he had lined up for his potential buyers refused within seconds during Tuesday's programme.
This week's second instalment of the Channel 4 show saw married couple John and Diane hunt for their perfect holiday home on Spain's Costa Calida. With a maximum budget of £180,000, they wanted somewhere they could share with their grown-up daughters and granddaughters.
Things were off to a great start as the first property, a three-bedroom apartment on the market for just over £141,000, seemed to tick most of their boxes.

It had plenty of space inside, with a mezzanine level its current owners had turned into a gym. John called the place "amazing", while Diane told Craig he had "set the standard quite high".
John said it was a contender, though with some "caveats", adding he would like a bigger balcony and more outdoor space.
The second property, a two-bedroom bungalow, certainly had more outdoor space, with a roof terrace and a balcony, but John and Diane were wholly unimpressed. John refused to consider the home within seconds, having not even stepped inside.
Diane said: "The road is too narrow, it's all a bit tight", before John added: "It's not what we are looking for."
They agreed to view the interior, having already ruled the bungalow out, and admitted it was "lovely" inside, but the balcony overlooking someone else's immediately put Diane off. John told Craig: "It's not for us I'm afraid".
