A buyer changed their mind after seeing that a house was "like a Tardis" on today's A Place in the Sun.
Host Jean Johansson searched for the perfect family holiday home for Clement and Tracy-Anne on the Channel 4 show. They hoped to move to Marbella in Spain.
The couple were looking for a home that required no work, with Clement saying that he wanted a "holiday home not a holiday project." They asked for three bedrooms and two bathrooms in a modern property with a budget of £250,000, but they had wiggle room of up to £25,000.

Jean showed the couple an apartment that was slightly over their initial budget as it was selling at £256,500. Tracy-Anne wasn't too keen at first. Entering the living room, she said: "I'm not really feeling it. But I haven't seen the rest of the property so like I said in the beginning I am being open-minded."
But after viewing the whole of the property, which featured three good-sized bedrooms and a private garden terrace, the buyer made a U-turn and was actually impressed. Jean asked if Tracy-Anne connected with the property.
She replied: "Yes, more than I thought actually. This is a bit like a Tardis actually." Jean said: "It's bigger than you think isn't it?"
Tracy-Anne added: "Yeah, so that ticks quite a few boxes." Clement said: "Location wise you've got me on this one. It's just that when you compare this property to the previous one. If you could take the previous one and put it here it would be a done deal. But I like it - it is a contender for sure."
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
