There are few fragrances as legendary as Chanel's N°5 perfume. Even Marilyn Monroe was a fan. So you'd think that the French fashion house wouldn't dare try updating the staple. But you'd be wrong.
Chanel just unveiled Chanel N°5 L'Eau. The brand made the aroma lighter by transforming it into an eau de toilette incorporating lemon, mandarin and orange into the original bouquet of florals and soft musks. The bottle leans more minimalistic fashioned like a drop of perfume, making it just as collectible as the OG. Nicolas Kantor even created a film and a sleek advertising campaign to mark the occasion.
Get your hands on the limited-edition fragrance for $155 on Chanel's website while you still can.
