Chandigarh: Illegal hoardings to be removed, action begins from Sector 22

Chandigarh : Keeping in view road safety and city aesthetics, all hoardings that fall under the municipal corporation limits will be inspected and illegal ones removed.

Municipal commissioner Anindita Mitra on Thursday issued orders to act against hoardings violating the Chandigarh Advertisement Control Order (CACO), 1954, provisions, and conduct regular inspections in the city markets.
