CFMoto Enters Premium Side-By-Side Territory With New 2026 ZForce Z10 And Z10-4

CFMoto has just dropped the all-new ZForce Z10 and Z10-4 for 2026. It’s the brand's latest swing at the high-performance UTV segment, and yeah, this one’s clearly aimed straight at the big dogs.

In fact, this might be one of the most unapologetically overbuilt side-by-sides we’ve seen from a brand that used to be all about value. Not just in the “look at this spec sheet” kind of way, but in how everything stacks together like it was designed to take a beating all day and ask for more.

Let's start with the heart of it. You’ve got a 998cc turbocharged triple pushing out 154 horsepower and 107 pound-feet of torque. That’s serious output, but what matters more is how it’s delivered. It’s tuned to be wide and usable, so instead of a sudden turbo punch, you get a strong, linear pull whether you’re crawling through rocks or wide open across sand. Bosch EFI handles fueling, and the enclosed CVT setup helps keep things consistent when conditions get messy. You also get Comfort, Trail, and Sport throttle modes, so you can dial things back or let it rip depending on how chaotic your day is getting.

Then you look at how it manages heat and abuse, and this is where the “overbuilt” vibe really kicks in. There’s a dedicated charge-air cooling system designed to keep intake temps down and boost steady, especially during long climbs or slow, technical sections where heat usually kills performance.

Underneath, you’ve got a mix of HDPE skid protection and aluminum armor, plus a pre-runner-style bash plate. It’s not just there to protect stuff; it’s also helping manage heat around the drivetrain so you can keep pushing without things going soft.

The suspension setup backs all that up. CFMoto’s QuadLink Gen II rear system works with high-clearance front A-arms to keep the chassis composed when things get rough. And the Fox 2.5-inch piggyback shocks are where things get fun. You can switch compression settings between Soft, Medium, and Firm right from the steering wheel. It's as simple as click and go, depending on whether you’re blasting through dunes or choosing a line down a rock garden.

The steering gets the same treatment, too. The UTV's electronic Power Steering has four modes, Low, Mid, High, and Auto, so it can feel light and precise at low speeds or heavier and more planted when you’re pushing harder. The steering wheel itself is packed with controls too, from push-button start to audio and suspension adjustments. It’s very much a hands-on-the-wheel kind of setup.

Inside, it leans hard into that automotive feel. There’s a 7-inch driver display that keeps all your critical info right in your line of sight, and then a massive 12.3-inch central touchscreen running RideSync with Apple CarPlay and a backup camera. It’s clean, it’s modern, and it’s a big step up from the barebones cabins this segment used to be known for.

The chassis is just as serious. A fully welded ROPS structure runs front to back, tied into an A-Plus pillar design for added stiffness. Suspension mounts use a dual-shear setup, and the front bulkhead is reinforced to handle repeated hits without things going out of shape. The whole goal here is simple: Keep everything aligned, even when you’re driving it like you probably shouldn’t.

The two-seat Z10 sits on a 99-inch wheelbase, measures 64 inches wide, and has 14 inches of ground clearance. Dry weight comes in at 1,910 pounds. The Z10-4 stretches that wheelbase out to 129 inches and bumps weight up to 2,164 pounds, giving you more room without losing that planted feel.

It rolls on ITP Terra Hook tires wrapped around black aluminum wheels, designed to handle acceleration, braking, and side loads without getting sketchy. You also get a factory-installed 4,500-pound winch, integrated recovery points front and rear, and mounting that’s actually built to take real load instead of just looking the part.

And then there’s the electrical side, which is honestly one of those things you don’t think about until it matters. A 900-watt stator powers everything, with a dedicated accessory system, pre-wired switches, and an integrated bus bar. So when you inevitably throw on lights, audio, or whatever else you want, you’re not stressing the system.

The wild part is how all of this comes together. This isn’t just a spec-heavy machine trying to look good on paper. It's CFMoto is making one of the loudest statements it ever has. It's not just telling the world that it can build something fast, but that it can build something tough, refined, and properly thought out from top to bottom.
