Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta has been discharged from hospital after suffering a concussion in the weekend loss to Southampton.

Azpilcueta required oxygen on the field after a nasty collision with Southampton’s Sekou Mara during the 1-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge.
