The Union Cabinet has approved a proposal to relax the educational qualification for tribal youth from the districts of Sukma, Bijapur and Dantewada in Chattisgarh for recruitment as constables in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
A statement by the government said that the Cabinet has approved a proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to relax the minimum educational qualification from Class X to Class VIII for the recruitment of 400 candidates as constable (general duty) in CRPF from the three districts.
