The Boston Celtics will be down at least one key player to face the Minnesota Timberwolves and could be without two starters depending on how Kristaps Porzingis feels ahead of tipoff, with the Celtics sharing that the Latvian big man is dealing with a right eye stye that has him listed as questionable for Boston’s road tilt with the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night.
Guard Derrick White will miss the game, his second consecutive absence, for personal reasons likely related to the birth of his second child. White has not missed a game since the birth of his last child as something of an ironman for the team.
Boston also listed Oshae Brissett as questionable with a sprained left thumb, and two way big man Neemias Queta as out with what the team is billing as “right foot injury management”.
