PSV youngster Joel van den Berg is set to undergo his Celtic medical today with a 'broad agreement' in place for his transfer.
The 19-year-old will move to Glasgow from the Dutch giants, where he has been playing for Jong PSV - their under-23s team - in the second tier. is reporting
