Celtic transfer bulletin as final Fausto Vera asking price named while Ferencvaros resolve tested over Ryan Mmaee

It has been a busy summer so far for Celtic when it comes to summer recruits with Aaron Mooy and Moritz Jenz the latest stars coming through the door at Parkhead.

Ange Postecoglou has promised he is far from over as he predicted more "comings and goings" before the Scottish Premiership season kicks, with the Australian looking to add plenty of depth to his squad for the Champions League group stage campaign. Postecoglou has stated he wants his side to be "stronger than last year" as he looks to build on the league and Premier Sports Cup double last season.

With six additions so far all eyes are on who could be next to be snapped holding a Celtic scarf above their head as the latest recruit. Postecoglou has been keen to add a midfield enforcer this summer, with Argentinian midfielder Fausto Vera on his radar after successful raiding the South American market to land Alexandro Bernabei this summer.

The 22-year-old is in demand this summer with Corinthians and K.A.A Gent hoping to land the Argentinos Juniors' prospect. Reports in Argentina suggest Vera's future has now been decided after talks with the Brasileiro Série A title hopefuls.

Ole report that Argentinos Juniors and the player's representatives have agreed a deal which could see the player announced within the next 48 hours. A $7.5million (£6.2million) fee has reportedly been signed off for 70 per cent of the economic rights for the midfielder.

Elsewhere, Ryan Mmaee is reportedly attracting interest from Ligue 1 this summer. Record Sport revealed earlier this summer that the 24-year-old has been scouted extensively by Celtic.

Ferencvaros have so far stood firm on their star man, insisting the Moroccan is not for sale as he prepares for the World Cup in Qatar and returns to full fitness. However, Homme Du Match claim Toulouse have tested the club's resolve.

The French side have reportedly opened negotiations, with the Hungarian champions demanding €4million (£3.4million) for their talisman. It is claimed the deal could end in a loan move with an option to buy.

In terms of outgoings, Tom Rogic is continuing his search for a new club after leaving Parkhead at the end of his current deal. A return to Australian doesn't appear to be on the cards for the playmaker.

The Age report that Rogic has knocked back approaches from unnamed A-Leagues sides this summer. It comes after the 29-year-old turned down the chance to sign for ambitious Indonesian outfit Persija Jakarta.
