Celtic have reportedly submitted an offer for Egypt World Cup star Haissem Hassan.
The Parkhead club have been linked with interest in the Real Oviedo winger, who is at the World Cup with his country but didn't feature in the group stages.
He has however played in their two knockout and impressed on the wing as his side came so close to an upset against holders Argentina, conceding three late goals having led by two goals to nil.

That display could alert other clubs but it is being claimed Celtic have already made their move for the 24-year-old.
Fondo Seguna reports that Parkhead chiefs have put an offer to the Spanish side worth €4 million (£3.4m).
Turkish outfit Trabzonspor and clubs in the Saudi Pro League are believed to be interested too.
It has also been claimed Hassan had a £16m release clause in his deal but that has become invalid due to his club's relegation from La Liga, allowing Celtic to do potentially do a deal on the cheap.
