Ange Postecoglou has made a big call over Kyogo Furuhashi for Celtic's clash with Aberdeen.
The Hoops boss has decided to LEAVE OUT the Japan international following an issue with his shoulder. The in-form attacker was forced off in the early stages against St Mirren in last week's Scottish Cup fifth round win and despite initial fears has trained the past couple of days and has been named on the bench with Oh Hyeon-gyu in from the start. The big games keep coming with a League Cup Final at Hampden against Rangers next weekend.
Celtic have been relentless in their charge for back to back Scottish Premiership titles and still hold a nine point gap over the Light Blues at the league summit. Michael Beale is unbeaten since taking over the top job in Govan from Giovanni van Bronckhorst but Ange Postecoglou and his troops have not allowed them a sniff in clawing back some of those points and he will be out to maintain that advantage or add to it depending on Rangers' result at Livingston by the close of play today.

Speaking ahead of facing Aberdeen, the Celtic boss said: “We’ve got to win. That’s all. If we win all of our games, we don’t have to worry about anything else or anyone else or what anyone else is saying or forecasting in terms of percentages.
“If we win every game between now and the end of the year, here’s a percentage for you. 100 per cent we will win the league. So why would we think beyond that?
"For us, beating Aberdeen gets us three points and if we get those three points we know where we’re going to be sitting in the table. I’ve said before that my role in all of that is that we want to finish the season strong. Stronger than how we started.”
CELTIC XI: Hart, Johnson, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor, McGregor, Hatate, O'Riley, Jota, Maeda, Oh
Subs: Bain, Kyogo, Haksabanovic, Abada, Kobayashi, Iwata, Bernabei, Forrest, Ralston
