Celtic star reacts to title confirmation as he adopts Ange Postecoglou catchphrase after emotional night

Lanarkshire's Anthony Ralston says it's an amazing feeling to have helped Celtic to the Premiership title.

A 1-1 draw with Dundee United on Wednesday secured a 10th title in 11 years for Ange Postecoglou's side off the back of an amazing season.

The Australian walked into the aftermath of a disastrous 10-in-a-row bid at Parkhead, overseeing a squad makeover and delivering the ultimate domestic prize at attempt one.

Ralston - who was born in Bellshill and attended Airdrie's All Saints primary school - was expected to depart Celtic last summer but his boss put faith in him.

He's now a key member of the dressing room in Glasgow and the right-back says it's a merited reward.

Postecoglou told his players 'we never stop' during one of his first training sessions and that mantra has stuck with his team all season, with Ralston no different.

He told Sky Sports: "It's unbelievable. We've had challenges along the way and we have took them head on.

"I am delighted, buzzing. We don't stop, we'll have the same attitude on Saturday even though it is done.

"I am delighted to get it over the line for the fans as they deserve it."
