Celtic star Yang Hyun-jun will only play in the Asian Games Final if he can prove he is 100 per cent fit, according to his South Korea manager Lee Min-sung.
Yang declared himself fit for their semi final win against China after previously suffering from a hamstring strain, but was an unused sub.
They will now face hosts Japan tomorrow in Toyota for a shot at the gold medal, which would mean Yang would be exempt from future military conscription.
But the nation's manager Lee has stressed he has a duty to the player and his club when he decides his line-up for the showpiece final.

He said: "It is not easy for Yang Hyun-jun to maintain his 100 per cent physical condition yet.
"We need to check his physical fitness before the final.
"Player protection is the priority. The national team is borrowing these players from their clubs by calling them up.
"So I think it is only right to send them back to their clubs in full physical condition and in good health."
