Celtic have lost out in the race for Cliftonville sensation Sean Moore with a move the the English Premier League 'all but done' according to a report.
The Belfast Telegraph state that the 17-year-old is set for a move to West Ham and all involved in the deal would be shocked if he didn't join David Moyes' men. The Hammers are believed to be paying an initial £170,000 with several clauses in the deal which would see a financial jackpot if he makes the grade in England.
The report states Newcastle, Everton and Brighton were amongst EPL clubs who were admirers of the teen talent as were Ipswich Town - chasing promotion to the English Championship - and Ange Postecoglou's Hoops.

A deal could net Cliftonville in the region of £500,00 with add-ons relating to the likes of first-team appearances while a hefty sell-in clause is likely to be included in any deal.
West Ham have had a big week as Moyes and Co look to have turned a corner. A draw with English Premier League leaders Arsenal was followed up with qualification to the Europa Conference League semi-final.
The Hammers then picked up a huge win on the road in the EPL this weekend against Bournemouth to open up a six point gap on the relegation zone with a game less played.
They also boast a much healthier goal difference than the clubs around them as they bid to stay in the top flight after a stop/start season.
They've had a big season on the European front and will face AZ Alkmaar over two legs for a place in Europe's third tier competition final with one of Fiorentina or Basel the opponent they'd face in the final if they qualify. It comes one season after they reached the same stage of the Europa League losing out to eventual winners Frankfurt.
