Celtic dazzled in front of a full on-song Celtic Park last night (Wednesday), when Brendan Rodgers and his players swept Slovan Bratislava aside 5-1 in the UEFA Champions League.

Speaking to broadcaster TNT afterwards, the 26-year-old said hailed his team-mates all over the pitch before singling out Engels for praise.

From here, Scales is determined to push for more points in the new-look Champions League, and he's already picked out the perfect spot for his Man of the Match trophy. He said: "There are tough games coming up, every game is tough in this competition. But we want to really have a go this season.

"We've got more experience now from previous years. We want to have a go and pick up wins across the board wherever we can.
