Celtic had to fight back to retain their long-unbeaten record and ensure Ange Postecoglou's 100th game in charge ended in victory.
But it was Hearts who opened the scoring in Glasgow when Josh Ginnelly's header flew past Joe Hart at the back post following an Andy Halliday cross and a VAR check confirmed the attacker was not offside. Ange Postecoglou's side needed a response and found one through Daizen Maeda as he got on the end of Kyogo's well-timed run before the half hour mark. Hearts were well in the game as the first half ended all square despite Jota hitting the post.
In the second period, both sides traded blows for the next goal but Celtic couldn't be clinical in the key moments before the hour mark but step forward top scorer Kyogo whose movement was aided by a sweet Aaron Mooy ball and he smashed an effort past Zander Clark emphatically.

Postecoglou's men looked a danger after taking control and found a third goal to put the icing on the cake when substitute Sead Haksabanovic produced a stunning effort to kill the game marking Postecoglou's 100th game in charge with another three points.
Joe Hart - 7
Looked alert and stopped a few dangers.
Anthony Ralston - 6
Left his post for the goal and had a few loose moments. Nearly scored a bicycle kick but end product was lacking. One superb pass lifted the spirits and he settled in better.
Cameron Carter-Vickers - 7
His usual cool and collected self and tried to venture further forward.
Carl Starfelt - 6
A quiet evening for the Swede who alongside Carter-Vickers kept Hearts quiet in the second half.
Alexandro Bernabei - 4
A few misplaced passes early on. Risked it with a late challenge at one point and looked rocky. Not a great day out.
Callum McGregor - 6
Turned it up a gear as his side needed a response. Cleaned up well amid a hectic midfield battle but perhaps no huge moments.
Aaron Mooy - 7
Looked silky at times but Hearts held their own in the middle. The second half was stronger for the Aussie with a superb ball in to Kyogo and topped off well in the final stages.
Matt O’Riley - 6
Drawn in to a few fouls but looked strong and final ball needed finessed. He was offering passing lanes well. Replaced with twenty to go.
Liel Abada - 5
Not much of a sniff in the first half and did beat the backline but his crosses were askew. Not his most impactful night.
Daizen Maeda - 5
Big chance early on missed but was causing problems. Nipped in at the back post to score well but was forced off moments after. A big blow if he's out long-term.
Kyogo Furuhashi - 8
Few flashes at goal in the first half but his assist was key for Maeda. A top move and finish for his goal to continue his electric form.
Subs:
Jota - 7
On for Maeda and hit the post. Nicked the ball for the second goal crucially. Looked a threat throughout.
Oh - 4
Hesitated on a decent chance.
Sead Haksabanovic - 7
A few neat passes off the bench before an absolute stunner sealed the win - a superb strike from the attacker.
Reo Hatate - 5
Tricky feet coming off the bench.
Tomoki Iwata - 4
Looked steady again in the final moments.
