Alan Brazil claims he has inside information on who the next manager of Celtic will be.
The Hoops-daft radio presenter believes that the club's majority shareholder Dermot Desmond will be influenced by the opinion of Pep Guardiola.
The talkSPORT host has suggested that the Parkhead chief is very close with the Manchester City boss.
The Spaniard's assistant, Enzo Maresca, has been heavily touted for the vacant manager's role at Celtic Park, which was vacated by Ange Postecoglou earlier this week, who left Glasgow to move to Tottenham.
Celtic boasts good relations with City's Football Group, having taken several players on loan over the years, and also picked up Postecoglou from one of their affiliated clubs, Yokohama F. Marinos.
And Brazil reckons Desmond will use Guardiola as a sounding board to help his determine the recruitment process for a new manager.
This morning he said: "I think I have a wee bit of, maybe a wee bit of inside information here.
"I don't want to put people on to putting a £5 on it. Do you know is going to have a big say and this is going to astonish you - Pep Guardiola. Pep, he will have a massive say as he and Dermot Desmond are very close.
"It's Enzo Maresca, I've got it, on good authority. I do know that Brendan Rodgers is odds-on favourite but it is interesting, Pep's associations with Dermot. Dermot is a very clever guy."
