Celtic FIFA 23 squad ratings as top Hoops star named with James McCarthy handed harsh verdict

The Celtic player ratings for the upcoming FIFA 23 game have been unveiled.

FUTBIN - sold to sports betting media group Better Collective for a huge £86.5 million earlier this year - is one of the the biggest and most informative databases for EA’s massively popular Ultimate Team mode. They have uploaded the rankings of each senior member of Ange Postecoglou's squad ahead of the full release later this month.

Callum McGregor comes in as the highest rated member of the Celtic team on 77, just ahead of Jota, Joe Hart and Aaron Mooy, all on 76. David Turnbull, Kyogo Furuhashi and Josip Juranovic all obtain gold cards with a 75 rating and only Scott Robertson on 61 receives a bronze verdict.

James McCarthy has suffered a sharp fall though after a tough first year in Glasgow, dropping from 74 to 67 as he struggles for regular minutes.
