Celtic fans troll Rangers with giant Kyogo sticker at Auchenhowie training ground

Celtic fans last night trolled Rangers ahead of the Scottish Cup semi-final with a giant sticker of Kyogo Furuhashi.

A huge image of the Japanese striker holding the Viaplay Cup trophy was plastered outside Rangers' Auchenhowie training base last night.

Images shared on social media appear to show the sticker being applied to the entrance at the Rangers Training Base last night.

Kyogo has won the League Cup twice at Celtic with the most recent success coming after a win over rivals Rangers at Hampden. The fan favourite scored a double in the final.

And Celtic supporters have been quick to remind Rangers of the recent Hampden triumph ahead of the semi-final showdown on Sunday with the sticker stunt.

The Glasgow rivals will square off in a 1.30pm kick-off at Hampden on Sunday for a spot in the Scottish Cup final against the winners of Falkirk and Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Rangers are the current holders of the Scottish Cup, but Celtic will be desperate to stop them from retaining the trophy given a potential treble is on the cards at Parkhead.

Celtic already have the Viaplay Cup trophy, are just one win from sealing the Scottish Premiership title and have sights firmly set on a Scottish Cup tirumph.

Ahead of the semi-final, Ange Postecoglou said of his squad fitness: "From last week, everyone got through unscathed and (Liel) Abada, Jota and Reo (Hatate)  have trained all week, so they're available.

"(James) Forrest is probably a week or so away."
