Liam Shaw has completed his exit from Celtic on a season-long loan deal back to England with Morecambe.
The English League One side have snapped him up for the term after the midfielder spent six months at Motherwell during last season. Shaw arrived at Celtic in the early stages of Ange Postecoglou's reign at Parkhead but has been unable to make inroads into senior contention following his arrival from Sheffield Wednesday.
He's now set to come up against his former club, who he left alongside Osaze Urhoghide, with the defender now over in Belgium on loan with an option for temporary side Oostende to buy. He has found himself in a similar situation to Shaw in that senior minutes have been limited in Glasgow. The midfielder is one of a few players on the fringes at Parkhead who have had to move on for their dose of regular minutes.

In terms of incomings, it has been a busy summer for Postecoglou who has been gearing his side up for Champions League group stage football beginning next week.
